Aos tr\u00eas dias do m\u00eas de abril de 1887, um grupo de cidad\u00e3os taipenses, movidos pela preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com o bem-estar e a seguran\u00e7a dos habitantes desta povoa\u00e7\u00e3o, reuniu-se para dar corpo a um projeto de profundo alcance social e c\u00edvico: <strong>a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma corpora\u00e7\u00e3o de bombeiros volunt\u00e1rios.<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Nesse memor\u00e1vel dia, ap\u00f3s debate e aprova\u00e7\u00e3o dos Estatutos, foi formalmente fundada a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Humanit\u00e1ria dos Bombeiros Volunt\u00e1rios das Caldas das Taipas.
